Hello, do you have any practical advise in finding work in Germany (Bavaria) for a foreigner (U.S.) with permission to work but with very limited German language skills? For example, nearby where I live is a bakery that hires immigrants with little or no German language skills...so I am applying. I have business/sales/managerial with university education (nondegree), but such is of little use until I can communicate. So, I thought if I can find factories, farms (I have farm experience, building, animal care, etc.). I'd prefer to work on an organic/sustainable farm, but do not know how likely I could find something like this in Baveria. Thanks for any help.
